Superhero Pools & Outdoor Living is hiring an experienced technician to lead residential pool construction, remodeling, and repair projects. We’re looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in quality work, communicates clearly, and keeps projects moving from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
* Install and repair pool plumbing and equipment
* Troubleshoot equipment and complete leak repairs
* Perform tile, coping, concrete, and finish work
* Read construction plans and specifications
* Coordinate subcontractors and job schedules
* Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
* Train helpers and junior technicians
* Communicate professionally with homeowners and management
Qualifications:
* Eight or more years of pool construction or repair experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of pool plumbing, equipment, and construction phases
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Ability to lead projects and work independently
* Dependable, organized, and customer-focused
* Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
