About the Role:
LS Site Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking Sweeper/Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of commercial shopping centers in the Austin area. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean and enjoys working independently or with a small team. Cleaning/janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Leaf blow and sweep parking lots
Pick up trash and debris around the property
Empty trash bins and replace liners
Take photos of completed work using company checklists
Ensure shopping centers are clean, safe, and presentable for patrons
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Has smart phone capable of taking quality pictures with IOS 15.1 or newer/Android 7.0 or newer
Willingness to work overnight (graveyard) shifts
Comfortable working outdoors and getting hands dirty
Reliable, efficient, and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Schedule:
Up to 20 hours per week
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - Graveyard shift
Compensation: $18 per hour
