Are you interested in learning a new trade that can reward you with amazing wages and benefits within your first year? A career in Roofing is your path! GAF is hosting an absolutely FREE Two Week Roofing Academy in Georgetown, TX. The GAF Roofing Academy will be providing a comprehensive steep-slope and low-slope roofing training with a high-level introduction to solar roof-top installations. The graduates of the program receives OSHA10 and Roofing Academy Certifications. Completion of the program signals to roofing employers that the graduates have the proper entry-level skills for a roofing installation position in both commercial and residential roofing. This two week program will also provide you with the opportunity to learn the basics need to start you career in roofing sales. All graduates will have multiple opportunities to interview with hiring contractors in a career path of their choice.
If you are interested in joining the roofing industry, and you live in and around Georgetown, TX this is your chance. Roofing is a physically demanding trade, but that comes with the opportunity to start on the path to earning $100,000/yr. The skills you take from this training are an ideal platform to propel you for a career in the Roofing Industry.
All tools, and materials for this training are provided. There will be a light breakfast, and lunch ordered out as well. All beverages will be provided. You only need to come with a willingness to learn a new trade. The training is roughly 20% classroom, and 80% hands on.
Upon completion of the training you will receive a GAF Roofing Academy Certificate of Achievement and MOST IMPORTANTLY a guaranteed interview with our amazing hiring partners. The training will be held at our training facility located at 110 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626.
