Maintenance Technician — Facilities Maintenance

Location: Austin, TX
Pay: $18-$19.50/hour + DOE
Schedule: 12-hour shifts

• Schedule A: Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday (8am-8pm)
• Must be able to train for the fist week or 2 Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm then move to the A Schedule above 

Position Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support facilities maintenance and help keep equipment, work areas, and building systems operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance throughout the facility
• Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility-related issues
• Inspect equipment and work areas for safety or maintenance concerns
• Respond to maintenance requests and document completed work
• Assist with equipment installation, repairs, and upgrades
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards

Qualifications

• Maintenance or facilities experience preferred
• Basic mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills

Position Summary

We are seeking a Production Technician to perform beading operations and support the production process while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform beading and related production processes according to work instructions
• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Follow documented procedures, specifications, and safety requirements
• Record production information and report issues to leadership
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet production schedules and quality expectations

Qualifications

Position Summary

We are seeking an additional Production Technician to support beading operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for producing quality parts while following established procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Complete beading operations according to production instructions
• Operate and monitor assigned equipment
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of completed parts
• Identify and report defects, equipment concerns, or process issues
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Maintain production flow and meet daily goals
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures
• Support other production activities as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Beading experience is a plus

• Support post-wet processing and related production operations

• Load, unload, stage, and organize parts and materials
• Complete production records and required documentation

Position Summary

We are seeking an Incoming Inspection Technician to inspect materials and components received from suppliers and verify that they meet established quality requirements before entering production.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections of materials, parts, and components
• Compare received items against drawings, specifications, purchase orders, and quality requirements
• Use basic inspection and measurement tools
• Document inspection results accurately
• Identify, segregate, and report nonconforming materials
• Maintain inspection records and supporting documentation
• Communicate quality concerns to the appropriate departments

Qualifications

Position Summary

We are seeking a Metrology Technician to perform accurate measurements and inspections of parts, components, and materials using precision measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspections using precision measurement tools
• Verify parts against drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
• Record measurement data accurately and completely
• Maintain inspection documentation and traceability
• Identify out-of-tolerance conditions and communicate findings
• Assist with calibration and proper care of measurement equipment
