Elite is a locally owned HVAC company looking for an additional experienced subcontractor crew to help with our growing workload.
We handle multiple high-end residential and custom home projects each week and are looking for a dependable crew that can perform quality rough-in work with minimal supervision.
PAY
2-person crews: $5,000–$7,000 per week
3–4 person crews: $10,000+ per week
Consistent work available for the right crew
REQUIREMENTS
Dependable vehicle and trailer
Valid insurance
Experience working with custom home builders
Comfortable with complex HVAC designs and layouts
Able to think through challenging installations in the field
Dependable, professional, and quality-focused
ROUGH-IN WORK INCLUDES
Ductwork
Equipment installation
Exhaust fans
Range hood venting
Dryer venting
Makeup air systems
Refrigerant line sets
Condensate drain lines
This is not a technical startup or service position. We are looking for experienced installers who can handle straightforward field installation work efficiently and correctly.
