We’re looking for someone with strong computer aptitude, clear communication skills, and a willingness to learn. No prior HVAC or estimating experience is required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Learn HVAC load calculations and duct design.
• Assist with estimates and project planning.
• Visit construction sites to take measurements and conduct on-site assessments.
• Communicate with coworkers and project contacts to gather accurate information.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• A high level of comfort with computers and learning new software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and an organized approach to work.
• Willingness to work both at a computer and on construction sites.
PAY, BENEFITS & GROWTH
• $22–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
