Duties
* Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including clearing debris and organizing materials
* Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials and equipment safely
* Support the installation of erosion control measures to protect the environment and maintain site stability
* Read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to assist with project execution
* Operate power tools and basic equipment under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance
* Follow all workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards, respiratory protection protocols, and climbing safety procedures
*Help with equipment repair and maintenance to ensure tools are in optimal working condition
