Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. In this hands-on role, you will be directly involved in building physical exhibits—working with frames, hardware, and graphics—while supporting daily warehouse functions. We are seeking a transparent, accountable team player who takes pride in accuracy, direct communication, and quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Exhibit Assembly & Build: Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to build, fit, and prep actual trade show exhibits, including structural frames, hardware, and custom graphics.
• Tool & Material Operation: Safely use basic power and hand tools for display preparation, light assembly, and upkeep.
• Receiving & Material Prep: Unload, inspect, and stage incoming materials, hardware, and exhibit components.
• Shipping & Packing: Carefully pack, wrap, and prep finished exhibits and components for damage-free transit.
• Inventory & Organization: Maintain precise inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and keep materials properly labeled and stored.
• Material Handling: Operate basic material-handling equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) as needed to move materials and load/unload trucks.
• Safety & Accountability: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards. Practice full transparency and immediate accountability if issues or material errors arise.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with fabrication and project operations teams to ensure tight deadlines are met.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
Required:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven ability to read blueprints, build diagrams, and technical instructions.
• Proficiency using basic hand and power tools safely and accurately.
• Physical capability to regularly lift 50+ lbs and stand, move, and work on your feet for extended periods daily.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to quality control.
• High degree of personal accountability and transparency regarding mistakes or operational issues.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Preferred:
• Prior experience in trade show exhibits, custom fabrication, carpentry, or display assembly.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to be trained for occasional warehouse logistics).
• Comfort working at heights, using ladders, and operating lift equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory management or shipping software.
Benefits & Schedule
• Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines).
