My other 1218 is my daily cooker, so this one is being neglected. Perfect for grilled cheese, great cornbread pan, awesome for frittata, pre-70's smooth finish. I try to use it as much as possible to keep it fresh, but I just don't cook as much as I used to. As you can see, it needs a little time to completely re-season the bottom, the sides and outside have a good hard seasoning that has been built and maintained properly, and does not consist of burned on food.
Cast iron needs to be used, and this one needs a home!
