All 2 Bedroom condos/apartments (paint included): $1075 (Multiple floors additional rate)
All 3 Bedroom condos/apartments (paint included): $1375 (Multiple floors additional rate)
10x12 Bedroom walls: $225
12x20 Living room walls: $275
Kitchen walls: $250
Stairway walls: $275
12x15 Ceiling painting: $200
Bathroom walls: $225
Garage walls: $275 - $900
Window trim: $50 each
Floor trim: $2.75 per ft
Interior doors: $65 each
PATCHING / DRYWALL WORK
Small holes in walls: $15+ to patch and sand smooth
Large holes in walls (bigger than a doorknob hole): $50+
Drywall installation and repairs: Generally $450 per 8'x4' open area
