2021 Forest River Flagstaff. Very well taken maintained lightly used condition with dinette and front murphy bed. This is the perfect trailer. Just the right size and easy to pull. Fits in all state park campgrounds and fits anywhere in the forest. This trailer is fully loaded with complete off grid systems. Charge tank 6-volt AGM batteries with almost 600 amp hours plus two large solar panels on the roof and a 2000-watt pure sine wave inverter. 30 gal of fresh water, plenty of hot water for showers and a HEATED BED! You can run the tv, radio, all the lights, satellite dish and have the bed heater on all night and the batteries are still at 80% in the morning for coffee. 10 minutes of sun and they are back to 100%. Batteries are brand new ($900) Also has the slide awning which is a must for those who know. Two large propane tanks. You will not find a trailer anything like this at the lot. We tend to have OCD with all our toys, so it's always been kept very clean and maintained. Stored in a climate-controlled garage. Comes with movie projector and screen as well as the Walley dish on the roof. This is a very compact unit with literally all the comforts of home. We purchased new 5 yrs ago for $35k then had 7k of upgrades installed. Selling because my daughter wants a horse and we won't have time for both.
