💰 Every job is quoted at a flat rate. You know exactly what you’re paying before we show up. No clock running, no adjustments at the end.
📋 To give you an accurate flat rate we need the following:
✅ Move date
✅ Pickup address and city ✅ Dropoff address and city
✅ Apartment or house at both locations
✅ Floor numbers at pickup and dropoff
✅ Elevator access yes or no at each location
✅ Number of bedrooms or overall size of move
✅ Large or heavy items sectionals, king beds, appliances, safes, pianos
✅ Are your items packed and boxed or will packing be needed
✅ Loading only, unloading only, or full move with transport
✅ Any stairs, long hallways, tight spaces, or building restrictions
⚠️ Any items, stops, or conditions not disclosed during quoting are subject to additional charges. Providing accurate information upfront ensures your flat rate stays accurate on moving day.
