We’re looking to fill a private bedroom in our five-bedroom rental house. The room is available October 1st. but we may be able to accommodate an earlier move-in
The room shares a bathroom and the home has a large backyard. There is currently a dog and cat that live at the park house, both these animals stay in there rooms.
The house features granite countertops, updated flooring throughout, and is conveniently located near light rail, parks, and walking trails.
Rent is $800 per month and includes water, electricity, and high-speed internet. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, whichever you prefer.
This room is for one adult occupant only. No additional occupants
There is currently two women and two men that live in the house. We are LGBT friendly.
We keep a quiet, respectful household where everyone works full-time and enjoys a low-key environment. Some of our hobbies include hiking, camping, gaming, and watching movies
The backyard is a great place to relax or barbecue. 420 is welcome in the backyard only. No smoking or other drugs inside the house.
We may consider one dog or cat if it stays primarily in your room when you’re not home. Rent is $850 per month with a pet.
