Remove & Replace Solar is hiring a part-time inside sales representative for our Aurora office.
Enjoy talking with people and building business relationships? Help roofing companies keep their projects moving when they need solar panels removed and reinstalled for a roof replacement.
WHAT WE DO
We coordinate solar panel removal and reinstallation so roofers can replace roofs on homes with solar panels. You’ll introduce our service to roofing professionals, follow up with prospects, and help develop new business.
THE POSITION
• In person at our Aurora office near I-225 and Parker Road
• Part time, about 30 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• $500 weekly draw against commission
• Commission earnings above the draw are paid according to the commission plan. This is a draw, not a $500 base salary plus commission; Mark can explain the plan and payout details.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Make outbound calls to roofers and other potential clients
• Explain our services and identify potential business
• Follow up with prospects and build relationships
• Keep accurate notes and call records
• Work toward sales goals with support from a small team
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
• Communicate clearly and enjoy talking with people
• Are friendly, confident, and persistent on the phone
• Can handle rejection and keep moving to the next call
• Stay organized with follow-up and recordkeeping
• Have sales or telemarketing experience, or are motivated to learn
