Jimmy's CarShare is looking for a reliable team member whose main responsibility will be moving vehicles between our Aurora shop and ParkDIA near Denver International Airport, while also handling basic vehicle maintenance and repairs.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, working with cars, and performing basic mechanical work.
Main Responsibilities
Vehicle Transportation
- Move vehicles between ParkDIA and our Aurora shop
- Pick up vehicles that need maintenance or repairs
- Return repaired vehicles to the airport fleet
- Deliver vehicles to designated customer pickup locations when needed
- Help reposition vehicles throughout the day
Basic Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
- Oil changes
- Tire replacement
- Brake pad replacement
- Brake rotor replacement
- Basic vehicle inspections
- Check fluids, tire pressure, lights, and other maintenance items
- Identify and report mechanical concerns
- Confirm vehicle condition during test drives
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be comfortable driving different makes and models
- Basic automotive/mechanical experience
- Able to perform oil changes, tire replacement, and brake/rotor replacement
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- Good attention to detail
- Safe driving habits
- Willing to learn our fleet management system
As you learn our operation, there may also be opportunities to assist with other fleet-related tasks when needed.
