Looking for a responsible and dependable backup delivery driver who is available in the afternoons to cover the route only when It Is needed.
The route typically starts at around 2:15 PM and is completed around 4 hours. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, and you will need to use your own vehicle. Any vehicles will work except pickup trucks.
The job consists of medical deliveries with relatively few stops. Most of the route is driving, your work miles will be between 70-120. Route runs Wednesday through Sunday, but you would only be needed as a backup when I take time off. I will normally give you at least one or several days of advance notice. There may also be opportunities to cover other drivers routes when they need time off. You must learn each route prior start on you own.
