Hi my name is Robert with Greenwood Builders, and I offer fine quality basement finishes that can match your existing homes finishes, if that's what you'd like. You can have a bedroom, a full bath with a walk-in shower with beautiful soft close cabinets and a wet bar, if that's what you're looking for, for around $45-$50 per square foot. I can even install a kitchenette if you're looking for a rental or mother-in-law. I am fully licensed and insured, and the process for construction will take about 2 and 1/2 to 3 months for a finish basement roughly 1200 to 1500 square feet. I will come out to your home and measure it up, and draw up a floor plan that can be presented to the building department for permitting. Feel free to email, call or text me. Thanks
