This drumset is of the highest quality in both sound and appearance. The 14 x 6.5 "The Maple" snare drum is constructed of all maple plies w/o reinforcing rings. Hoops are diecast w/chrome plate. The 8 x 12 "RFM" small tom is constructed of all maple plies, with relatively thin and shallow maple reinforcing rings. The 13 x 12 "RFM" floor tom is similarly constructed, with a bit larger reinforcing rings. The drums don't need re-rings for strength, btw; Canopus uses them to "voice" the drums so that they sound good together. The small floor tom has really great, full tone vs. the low, flappy sound that traditional sized floor toms so often have:) The 16 x 14 bass drum is from the "NV60" series. It has a thicker shell w/o reinforcement rings. Because of the thick shell and the wrap, it has a low fundamental tone and so sounds surprisingly low and punchy/resonant for its size! The snare and toms are finished in natural oil and the bass is covered in "Merlot Glass Glitter". All of the drums have solid brass lugs and leather washers on all of the tension rods. A DW stand for the high tom is included in addition to the RIMS-style mount that came with the drum and a small riser mount for the BD pedal. The hoops on the toms are brass plated, as well as the ft legs. A Protection Racket fleece-lined snare bag is included, and a lighter-weight lined bass bag. All of the drums are in excellent condition. P.S. I will consider posting the hardware if there is interest.
