The house is located 4 blocks from Sloan's Lake on 29th Street and Wolff. There are two bedrooms about 10x10 and a large room (converted garage 18x16) that has been used for a bedroom. If there are two people or a couple and a third, that large room can be used as a family room. Wood floors throughout. Porch, fenced in yard and back patio. There is a large shed in the backyard for storage. Washer & Dryer in the basement that is shared with the tenants that live in the downstairs unit. A small dog or cat is permitted with a fully refundable pet deposit ($500). Rent = $1700/month and that includes water, sewer and trash. Tenant pays for internet and 70% of the Xcel bill. Street parking at all times right outside the house.
