Looking for independent contractors to complete inspections on a variety of residential properties. Ideal candidates live in/around Augusta, Bangor, Lewiston, Portland & Caribou. Our clients are banks and credit unions. Clients issue work orders to us to determine occupancy and to confirm that abandoned homes are secure. On the typical work order the contractor will drive to property, snap some exterior photos, complete a brief report in our online app and submit the results. Other times we are asked to validate repairs have been completed for insurance claims and occasionally we complete interior/exterior inspections on vacant foreclosed homes. Payment every other week. This is perfect for individuals that are frequently on the road & are looking for some additional income(retired, amazon, doordash, uber drivers) as well as small handymen/landscapers.
