Handymen needed for part-time weekend work (Augusta, Me)

JOB DETAILS:
- No license or insurance required
- Willing to drive from Brunswick through Fairfield
- Mileage reimbursed at $0.725 per mile
- Rate of pay is fixed at $23/hr
- Must submit to background check
- Must be available for training for at least 5 weekdays during an introductory two-week period
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Fix minor leaks
- Repair water damage to flooring/drywall
- Caulk showers and tubs
- Replace light fixtures
- Install window A/Cs
- Troubleshoot no heat calls to determine cause
- Unclog drain lines
- Basic appliance repairs
- Replace door handles / dead bolts
- Replace door hinges or flooring transition strips
- Drywall repair
- Painting
- Minor landscaping projects
- Unit turns for new tenants; repair of general wear and tear
