Hey everyone. Older, solo amateur musician (bass, drums, voice, and occasionally other instruments) looking for practice space to rent. Would prefer a space not in a private residence - for example, a space small enough in size and in price for a solo musician, OR a band with a space that would welcome an additional rent-payer who could use the space while they are not around.
