The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing crews, documentation, schedules, and insurance-related projects. This position requires someone who can take ownership of each project, communicate professionally, and keep jobs moving toward a successful and profitable completion.
Key Responsibilities-
Inspect water, fire, mold, and other property-damage projects
Develop accurate scopes of work, project plans, and cost estimates
Coordinate emergency mitigation, demolition, cleaning, and drying.
Schedule and supervise restoration technicians.
Monitor job progress, quality, safety, budgets, and completion deadlines.
Maintain complete photographs, moisture records, daily notes, authorizations, and supporting documentation.
Communicate regularly with property owners, adjusters, insurance carriers, and referral partners.
Prepare or review estimates using Xactimate or similar estimating software.
Review job costs and help ensure projects meet company profitability goals.
Ensure work complies with company procedures, OSHA requirements, and applicable IICRC standards.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and provide an excellent experience during a property loss.
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency losses when required.
Preferred Qualifications-
Previous project-management experience in property restoration, construction, mitigation, or a related industry.
Knowledge of water mitigation, structural drying, fire restoration, and mold remediation.
Experience working with insurance claims, adjusters, and third-party administrators.
Xactimate estimating experience preferred
IICRC certifications such as WRT, ASD, AMRT, or FSRT are preferred.
Strong leadership, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using mobile apps, project-management software, email, and digital documentation.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to pass applicable pre-employment screening.
Ability to work in damaged properties and occasionally lift or move restoration equipment and materials.
