Central Coast Casualty Restoration, Inc. (CCCR) is hiring motivated, career-minded Carpenters to join our growing team!
We’re an established, local general contractor specializing in fire and water damage restoration, helping homeowners rebuild after life’s unexpected events. If you take pride in your craft, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want long-term career stability, we want to hear from you.
As a Carpenter at CCCR, you’ll be a key part of restoration projects from start to finish, including:
• Door, window, trim & hardware installation
• Demolition and rough carpentry/framing
• Drywall installation and repair
• Cabinet reinstallation
• General construction tasks as needed
You’ll work both independently and as part of a skilled team, delivering high-quality results with professionalism and care.
We’re seeking someone who is:
• Honest, reliable, and hard-working
• Coachable with a positive, can-do attitude
• Able to manage time and tasks efficiently
• Comfortable working with limited supervision
• A strong communicator who follows direction well
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in door, window, trim & hardware installation
• Valid & clean DMV record
• Clear background and drug screen
• Proof of eligibility to work
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
• Ability to read plans and use measuring devices accurately
• Working knowledge of power tools and safe operation
• Ability to stand for several hours daily
• Lift 45+ lbs independently and up to 70 lbs with assistance
• Climb ladders repeatedly during the workday
• Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Maintain job site safety, security, and professionalism at all times
