Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Levels I-III)
This position is open to Level I, Level II, and Level III Full Stack Developers. Candidates will be considered for the appropriate level based on their experience, technical expertise, and capabilities.

About the Role
Jaguar Design Studio, Inc. is seeking Full Stack Developers at Levels I through III to help design, develop, and maintain innovative web-based applications and digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with designers, project managers, stakeholders, and fellow developers to build scalable solutions that deliver exceptional functionality and user experiences.

What You’ll Do
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web-based applications.
• Front-End Development: Create responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, and other modern web technologies.
• Back-End Development: Build and support server-side applications and services using technologies such as Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Node.js, Python, and related frameworks.
• Code Quality & Testing: Participate in testing, debugging, code reviews, and quality assurance processes to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.
• Collaboration: Partner with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Technical Leadership (L III): Provide mentorship, contribute to architectural planning, establish development best practices, and support the growth of other developers.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate new technologies and recommend process improvements that enhance team productivity, software quality, and overall system performance.
Required Experience & Skills
Full Stack Developer I
• Eager to learn, collaborate, and grow technical capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other STEM disciplines.
• Experience (1+ year) as a programmer in a professional setting.
• Proficient in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Vue.js).
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, etc.).
• Experience with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and code deployment processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel and work events around the country/world.
Full Stack Developer II
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other STEM disciplines.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a programmer in a professional setting.
• Proficient in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Vue.js).
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, etc.).
• Experience with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and code deployment processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel and work events around the country/world.
Full Stack Developer III
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other STEM disciplines.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a programmer in a professional setting.
• Advanced proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Vue.js).
• Advanced knowledge of back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, etc.).
• Strong experience with database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience designing scalable application architectures and integrating third-party services and APIs.
• Expert knowledge of version control systems (Git), deployment processes, and development best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor developers and lead technical initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel and work events around the country/world.
