NEW YORK BASED GUITARIST WITH INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE OFFERING ONLINE LESSONS
Hi! My name is Morten Duun. I am a graduate of Manhattan School of Music with a masters degree in jazz performance, specialising in guitar. I specialise in Jazz, but play and teach a wide array of styles including rock, blues, pop and more. I have over a decade of performing and teaching in an array of countries including, but not limited to, Germany, Australia, France, Denmark, and of course, The US. I am excited about sharing the many lessons I’ve learned over the years.
I will design a plan based on your specific goals and interests. Every person/learner is different and brings to the table a unique set of inspiration and aspiration. I will use my entire toolkit to help you develop in the way that inspires you, with knowledge and learning strategies I have been consistently expanding and refining over my years of teaching.
I have experience with students of all ages and levels, but I specialise in ages 10+. I teach guitar lessons in English, German and Danish.
I charge $80* for a 60 minute lesson. *Rate is negotiable in special circumstances.
I offer online lessons on Zoom. I am based in Astoria and am willing to travel to students in Astoria, Long Island City, and parts of Manhattan.
