EXPERIENCED ROOFING CREW NEEDED – NORTHERN VIRGINIA
Established Northern Virginia exterior renovation company is looking for an experienced, reliable roofing crew for ongoing residential asphalt shingle roof replacements.
We are looking for a full roofing crew/company, not individual laborers.
WORK AVAILABLE
Approximately 1–2 roof replacements per week
Residential asphalt shingle roofs
CertainTeed shingles
Materials will be delivered to the job site
Crew is responsible for installation, job-site organization, and cleanup
Consistent work available for the right crew
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a full, experienced roofing crew
Must have your own dump trailer/truck for debris
Must have your own roofing tools and equipment
Must carry Workers' Compensation insurance
Must carry General Liability insurance
Must be properly insured and able to provide proof of coverage
Must have reliable transportation and be able to show up when scheduled
Must be experienced installing asphalt shingle roofing systems
Must be able to maintain a clean and professional job site
Excellent cleanup is required after every roof replacement
PAY
Paid by the square.
Rate will depend on the scope and specifics of each project.
We are looking for a crew that can show up reliably, work efficiently, install correctly, and leave every property clean when the job is complete.
