We are seeking a highly experienced Concrete Foreman to oversee multiple residential flatwork crews across an assigned territory. This is a leadership role responsible for coordinating daily field operations, managing crew performance, and ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.
This position requires someone who has extensive hands-on experience in residential flatwork and is confident managing multiple job sites and crews simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage multiple concrete crews across various job sites
• Coordinate daily schedules, manpower, and job sequencing
• Order and schedule concrete deliveries daily
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and builder expectations
• Read and interpret plans, layouts, and specifications
• Troubleshoot field issues and make real-time decisions to keep projects on track
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance across all crews
• Communicate effectively with project managers, office staff, and field teams
• Monitor productivity, material usage, and job progress across all sites
• Train, mentor, and hold crew members accountable
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in concrete construction (residential flatwork required)
• Proven experience managing multiple crews and job sites simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of flatwork including prep, forming, pouring, finishing, and curing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced field environment
• Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in high-volume residential production environments
• Experience working directly with builders or homeowners

This is a salaried position with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, plus two Saturdays per month as needed. Work hours may vary depending on project demands.
Compensation starts at $72,800 annually, with a 120-day performance review and the potential to earn an additional 2–5% based on performance. The position includes a company truck, fuel, and paid vacation—one week after 12 months of employment and two weeks after four years.
