How You Get Paid — Simple, Weekly, and Uncapped
• $100 for every qualified appointment that leads to a completed property inspection — you earn it whether or not the homeowner ends up hiring us
• $300 additional bonus for every job that signs with us and gets approved by the homeowner’s insurance carrier
• $4,500 milestone bonus once you hit your first 10 signed, carrier-approved jobs
• Paid every week
• You get paid for completed inspections right away — we don’t make you wait around for a roof to sell
• No ceiling on your earnings
Your First 10 Approved Jobs = At Least $8,500
Reaching 10 completed inspections that turn into approved jobs pays out:
• $1,000 in inspection pay (10 × $100)
• $3,000 in approved-job bonuses (10 × $300)
• $4,500 milestone bonus
• …plus another $100 for every other inspection you set, whether we sell the job or not
The math is simple: the more solid appointments you set, the bigger your weeks get. Stack a few quality appointments a day and it adds up fast — and we’re glad to show a hungry canvasser exactly how quickly the numbers climb.
What the Job Actually Is
• Knock doors in assigned storm and hail-impacted neighborhoods around the Denver metro
• Clearly explain our free roof and exterior inspection to homeowners
• Set appointments and confirm them so they hold
• Ask satisfied homeowners for referrals to grow your pipeline
• Enter clean, accurate lead info right from your phone
• Stay in sync with our inspection team so every appointment gets handled the right way
You won’t be climbing roofs, writing estimates, or closing contracts — and you won’t touch the construction side. Our inspectors and project team take it from there. Your job is to knock, connect, and set the appointment.
What Makes an Appointment Count
• The homeowner agrees to a free inspection
• The correct name, phone number, property address, and appointment time are recorded
• The appointment is confirmed
• One of our inspectors completes the property inspection
What We’re Looking For
• Prior door-to-door canvassing experience (roofing, storm-restoration, or home-improvement canvassing is a big plus)
• A track record of setting appointments that actually show
• Your own reliable transportation to reach and work your assigned territories
• A smartphone with dependable service
• A professional appearance and honest, straightforward communication
• Comfort being on your feet and working outdoors in Colorado weather
• Self-motivation and the discipline to work your routes
Schedule
Flexible - full-time or part-time – you set your own schedule and determine the amount you want to make. Just know the best hours for catching homeowners are afternoons, early evenings when people come home from work, and Saturdays, so we’re looking for people who can work some of those prime selling time windows.
