Are you an experienced manufacturing professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working with cutting-edge technology? We're hiring Production Technician professionals to support the production of high-performance materials used in advanced manufacturing.
What You'll Do
Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for premium products
Perform quality testing including moisture, density, viscosity, shrinkage, and material characterization
Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to improve efficiency and product performance
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production equipment
Calculate weights, volumes, densities, and other critical production measurements
Ensure products meet strict quality standards and specifications
Train and support fellow production technicians while driving continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
1 - 3+ years of manufacturing or process technician experience
Strong math, computer, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to interpret production data and solve technical problems
High school diploma or GED
Team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
