Owners seek a reliable Full-Time maintenance individual for various properties. This is an EXCELLENT long-term opportunity.
Duties Include but not limited to: General handyman maintenance - Mowing, weeding, and landscaping - Snow removal - small equipment operation - ALL aspects of property upkeep.
Qualifications: Handyman and maintenance experience preferred - Dependable and able to work independently - good work ethics -
Clean MVR and Valid Colorado driver's license required. This is a permanent, long-term position for the right person.
