We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring the smooth progress of construction activities. Duties
Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment.
Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools, materials, and assistance during construction tasks.
Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment.
Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
Operate basic construction machinery and tools under supervision as needed.
Assist in the installation of structures, framing, or other building components as directed.
Maintain a clean work site by removing debris and waste materials regularly.
Skills
Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
Good understanding of safety procedures and protocols related to construction sites.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
