This is a great adventure starter package! Camper is built with a heavy-duty chassis, high ground clearance, and 15-inch off-road tires to take you places standard pop-ups cannot reach. Perfect for boondocking and rugged campsites.
We bought this camper 7 years ago when kids were little and now they are all grown up and we just didnt use it as much as we hoped. Majority of those 7 years, it resided on a protected storage lot and we only took it out 8 times. We cared for this as our lifetime camper and sad to let it go as we made a lot of memories, but it was a great starter package for us and hoping someone can fill their bucket and make memories with their family.
Key Features & Specs:
Toy Hauler Deck: Front cargo platform (approx. 4x7 ft) with ramps - perfect for for the included ATV, dirt bikes, generators, or extra gear. The ATV takes up most room on the deck, but still able to store gear, gasoline tanks and anchor fishing rods.
Sleeping Capacity: The web says comfortably sleeps 6, but in reality it sleeps 4-5 comfortably without feeling cramped. Large pull-out beds (King and Queen size) plus a convertible dinette (realistically sleeps one).
Off-Grid Ready: Dual propane tanks, 35 gallon fresh water capacity and heavy-duty frame.
Headroom: Easily accommodates a 6'3" person.
Condition & Interior:
Toilet & indoor/outdoor shower: The built-in cassette toilet and shower have never been used. The system is completely clean with absolutely no grey/black water history.
Refrigerator: Fully functional but has never been used.
Canvas: Clean with no major tears or leaks.
Roof: Solid, sealed, and structurally sound. Equipped with solar panel, but needs to be wired in. Lifting mechanism greased yearly.
Tires & Suspension: Good tread on the off-road tires; bearings serviced regularly.
Minor Flaws:
The rear bumper is slightly bent (learning to backup in tight spot). This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the structural integrity, frame, or towing performance of the camper.
Ceiling "wallpaper" peeled in small section, but has been sealed.
ATV: Great for beginner. Bought for 10 year old boys and its perfect as it has a governor. Not the highest end of machines, but it is in excellent shape and has not been ridden in ~3 years so may need a carburator cleaning. Simple to use. Gears are reverse, forward and neutral with right gas thumb throttle and left hand / right foot brake.
Throw In's: Tools and hard to find extra parts collected over the years.
