Arroyo Grande electrical contractor with a lean, hands-on team, strong experience, quality work and more opportunity than we can currently take on. Looking for an experienced controller to handle the business side—QuickBooks, AP/AR, payroll, reporting, scheduling and general business/compliance—freeing the owner to focus on customers, estimating and running the work.
Looking for someone practical and resourceful who takes ownership and gets things handled. Experience working with an electrical, construction or trades company is a plus.
Flexible remote role with limited hours to start, independence in how you work, and room for responsibility and compensation to grow with the company. Ideal for someone who knows what they’re doing, likes being trusted to do it, and wants meaningful work without giving up flexibility.
