Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to run daily operations in a high-volume restaurant.
This is a hands-on leadership role ā you will be managing the team, overseeing operations, and working on the floor during busy shifts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations
- Lead, train, and manage team members and shift leaders
- Ensure high standards in customer service, food quality, and cleanliness
- Manage scheduling, labor, and team performance
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Handle customer issues and resolve them professionally
- Support hiring and build a strong team
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2ā3 years of restaurant management experience (REQUIRED)
- Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Pay & Schedule
- $60,000/year
- Full-time position
