Maintenance Guru is seeking experienced, professional Commercial Handymen and Plumbers who are serious about working, take pride in their trade, communicate professionally, and are looking for commercial work opportunities.
COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS ONLY — NO RESIDENTIAL WORK
Maintenance Guru does NOT perform residential contracts.
Commercial maintenance and residential handyman work are not the same. Our technicians service commercial businesses and facilities where professionalism, communication, proper documentation, and quality workmanship are expected.
THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION. COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Commercial handyman, facilities maintenance, or plumbing experience
* Reliable transportation in good working condition
* Your own professional tools and equipment
* Willingness to travel to multiple commercial job sites as assignments require
* Working smartphone
* Strong and professional communication
* Ability to read and follow a scope of work
* Ability to assess jobs and work independently within your experience and trade
* Dependability, punctuality, and accountability
* Applicable plumbing licensing/certification where required
PERSONAL PERFORMANCE REQUIRED — NO SUBCONTRACTING
Maintenance Guru does not hire subcontractors.
Technicians are expected to personally perform the work assigned to them. Assigned work orders may not be subcontracted, transferred, delegated, or given to another individual or company.
If you are looking to receive work orders and then send another person, crew, or company to perform the work, this opportunity is not a fit.
STARTING PAY — $30/HR
We are looking for experienced professionals who know their trade, show up, communicate, follow instructions, and take pride in quality work.
