All decks higher than 30" require a building permit. I provide a PDF set of drawings that can be used for building permit or contractor bids in Virginia or Maryland. Payment by is due at end of project by VENMO after client approval. Cost of drawing set is $199 flat fee.
Please provide the following information to start the process:
1. Name and address to put on drawings
2. Length and width of deck. Square or rectangle only.
3. Height of deck above ground
4. Location of stairs if required
NOTE: A site plan will be required for permit but is not part of this package
