This position combines cabinet assembly, warehouse operations, material handling, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
Assemble cabinets and cabinet components according to instructions and specifications
Accurately pick materials, parts, and products for production and customer orders
Pack finished cabinets and components securely for shipment
Load and unload materials and products as needed
Move materials throughout warehouse and production areas
Inspect finished products for quality and report defects or issues
Use basic hand tools and equipment for assembly
Label, organize, and stage products for shipping
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety rules, company procedures, and production guidelines
Meet daily production and quality goals
Perform other general warehouse and manufacturing duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred, but not required
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality
Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Basic hand-tool experience is a plus
Willingness to learn and take direction
Must pass background check
