I am looking for someone who can help me with a variety of tasks at a fixer house in Argyle. Ongoing work
What I have immediately is:
-Landscaping-weed wacking, putting down rock, setting stones, adjusting sprinklers, tree trimming, weeding, spraying weeds, planting some plants
-Installing/repairing items in house like garbage disposal, installing outlets, fixing trim, grout work, painting
-sealing concrete
-Power Washing
-Caulking
-and other miscellaneous work.
I am looking for someone who is experienced in a variety of the above tasks and has availability. Someone who is honest and has some references. The goal is for this to be an ongoing position with 20+ hours per week up to full-time. Will initially pay either as an employee, venmo, direct deposit check or other options. I will supply the materials. Please send me a text with some of your past work experience and how you might be the right fit.
Pay $18-$25/hr, depending on experience, and will pay on the 5th and 20th of the month. Must live reasonably close, be willing to work 8 hour days at least 3 days per week.
