Washer is in the back room and its kind of old, makes some noise when it spins. Driveway is out front. Kitchen is next to the living room, back bedroom is smaller. Water included. Gas and electric are separate. There are no other utilities included.
Couple blocks from the grocery store. Bathroom has tub and shower. There’s a little storage space behind the house, door sticks sometimes when it rains. The storage isn't part of the living space. Pets are considered, but restrictions and any additional deposit depend on the pet. The driveway is for the unit and street parking is also available.
I’m renting it myself. Living room is the first room when you come in. Photos are of the actual house and show the current layout. Nothing else really, if you want to see it message me. Saturday or after work usually. Availability and showing times can change.
