Mo-Mo-Paradise, Asia's # 1 restaurant brand of authentic Shabu-Shabu and Sukiyaki, is seeking to hire new team members to join us in our Arcadia location!
Mo-Mo-Paradise has over 80 locations worldwide and is quickly expanding in North America!
Qualifications:
-Have exceptional team work, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
-Ability to lift heavy trays/bus tubs, stand for long shifts, and move quickly between hot kitchens and dining rooms.
-Sharp focus to seamlessly switch between guest-facing service and heavy kitchen cleanup.
-Strong communication skills to coordinate with both chefs and servers in a fast-paced environment.
-1 Year experience preparing food in a high paced kitchen environment (preferred).
-Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended period of time.
Essential Functions:
-Transport hot food plates and drinks from the kitchen window directly to guest tables accurately.
-Double-check plates for correct modifications, presentation, and allergy alerts before serving.
-Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and silver from dining tables and assist servers with refilling waters or running condiments.
-Scrape, sort, and wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using the commercial dish machine or by hand.
-Unload clean items and restock them in their proper locations in both the kitchen and service stations.
-Sweep and mop kitchen floors, empty trash cans, and keep the dish pit area safe, clean, and organized.
-Performs other related duties as assigned.
