If you have experience in repairs, plumbing, carpentry, facilities maintenance, apartment maintenance or apartment turn over this could be a great job for you.
• Resolve and complete work orders in a timely manner
• Pick up trash if seen on grounds
• Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants
** MUST HAVE A TRUCK TO PICK UP MATERIALS ** MUST HAVE A TRUCK TO PICK UP MATERIALS**
• Must be able to use a smartphone, email, text, and complete work orders (AppFolio experience is a plus)
Troubleshooting and making routine repairs in the following areas:
• Painting
• Minor Plumbing
• Minor Carpentry
*MUST KNOW ELECTRICAL
• Other building maintenance items as needed
* HVAC knowledge preferred
