This professional building is located at 311 Bonita Drive, Aptos, CA, right across the street from the Delux Foods shopping plaza and Bittersweet Bistro with CVS, Bank of America, Red Apple Cafe, etc.,. Only a five-minute drive from Rio Del Mar State Beach.
The square footage listed refers to the shared private office, which is about 12x12, furnished but open to considering changes. It's located in a building with a wonderful established professional community of approximately 10 others, mostly estate planning attorneys.
