Unit has had almost no use and is in like-new condition. We bought it new a couple years ago, but it just did not work out for us. We have a large house and are always home, so we had to run it for too long to get the job done. Plus, it scared the heck out of our dog. I think it would be perfect for a regular sized home where you can let it clean while you are at work. If it doesn’t work out for you, you can return it for a full refund.
