I have a room available in a large, stunning property that is like living in Napa by the sea.
Beautiful yard, plenty of room for toys, gardening, walking, and relaxing :)
The property and the house are gorgeous, clean, and well-kept.
Lots of off-street parking and there is in-house laundry.
Conveniently located in the middle of the Monterey Bay.
The home includes an outdoor BBQ area, ample storage, and a beautiful view that overlooks fruit trees in the large private backyard.
Covered storage space for outdoor toys.
Designated off-street parking.
There is the option of having a detached artist studio (additional charge).
All prospective tenants must pass a background/credit check.
Utilities/internet/monthly maid service are extra and run $150 a month.
I'm a hard-working, world-traveling, well-established, beach-loving bike rider!!!
No smoking, No drugs, but LOVE to BBQ :)
