Nice, private bedroom with closet and large window. Bathroom shared with one other person.
The housemates:
3 guys and a gal in their mid to late 20's. Everyone is friendly, considerate, and clean. Not a party house but will have friends over for dinner on the weekends.
The money:
$1200 plus $1200 security deposit.
