Mattress never used - still in original plastic!
Why I love this sofa:

... comfortable! Great for naps even for TALL folks

Why I am selling this sofa:
... moving to a smaller place and it doesn't fit
... I have 2 kittens and 2 dogs. Pets not allowed on the furniture, but there will be pet hairs. (Non smoking/vaping/drug household.)
Why I have it priced so low:
... bought it new directly from Pottery Barn for over $2,000. (Worth every penny!) She has a torn cushion (I put it to the back and ~voila!~ can't see it.) She has a couple of stains on the zippered slipcover that I truly believe will come out, I just don't have the time with my move.
... I'd love to see it gone this weekend.

I will include the ruffled drape shown in one of the photos. I'm washing it so it'll be clean for you.
This is heavy - the sleeper sofa does it - so you'll need at least two strong folks and a truck to move it.
Please note, decorative pillows, dog, and throw not included.
