Our Real Estate office is looking for licensed agents who are looking to start or re-start their Real Estate business. Our company has been in business here in Aptos for over 50 years and has sold over a billion dollars of property right here in Santa Cruz County. Ours is a small but very experienced group of agents with hundreds of years of combined experience and would make a great fit for a newly licensed agent or an experienced agent looking for a new beginning.

New agents pay no desk fees to the office for the first six months, and your starting split would be at the top of the industry. Couple that with the fact that our agents don't pay a 6%, 7%, or an 8% fee off the top on every transaction like they would at a national company like Century 21, Coldwell Banker or REMAX.

Give us a call and find out how our office would be a great fit for you. (831) 688-1933
