I’ve had this 1974 model International Cub Lo-Boy 154 for 5 years. Starts perfectly, runs beautifully, sounds great, mows really well. I have not sharpened the blades lately. It is missing the right deck wheel, but I’ve mowed for 2 years without it, the hydraulics hold the deck up. The deck wheels never touched the ground anyway. (I have the wheel yoke). It has the original International mower deck. Totally solid. I just mowed 3 ½ hours with it this week. The choke is not hooked up to a cable, turn on choke at carburetor, was that way when I got it. I am only this Cubs third owner. First owner was a gun club. They retired it when they got a newer mower, one of the members took it home and used it sparingly a few years and that is who I purchased it from. This Cub has always been housed inside, and it shows. This Cub has no issues that I am aware of.
