*Final mow of the season
*Trim around the entire property including fences and all landscape beds.
*Trim/remove any trees/shrubs as needed.
*Remove weeds from landscape beds.
*Add fresh mulch where needed.
*Define current landscape beds.
*Pressure wash anything in need.
*Aeration with or without overseeding.
*Haul anything & everything away.
